My first education was as an animaltrainer/keeper/vet.nurse
- my second education was in arts and crafts with A LOT of different disciplines ! Unfortunately I have not been able to use my hands for several years... beeing unable to express my creativity has been another kind of stress ...but I have had some "emergency plans" or "emergency solutions", in terms of finding ways to work on the use of machinery !!!
I have my sewing- and- embroidery machines and my embellisher (felting machine) ...but the last four years i have almost not been able to make anything - but I have kept my studios open, meaning the things have not been put aside as I have kept the hope alive and when there have been a moment here and there with energgy enough to be creative, I have just been able to start the machines and feel a few moments of pure joy !!!
That has been a strong motivator for keeping the spirit up !
IT MOVED !
IT´S FREAKIN ALIVE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I used to have the workshop and studio outside the home.
When I had the disability pension, it was moved to my private residence. It means that there has beeen some very dedicated buddies around to brighted up !! I love the small moments of laughter they give each day....
Felix and Mitzi are the ones here - they have been great fun (they have never been alone or so close to machines turned on !!!!)
I experinced a lot of improvements when I had the five weeks treatments, so I am soooo looking foreward to be able to let my creative juice flow again - and not save my hands for the very little they can, to only the most necessary things we need to use our hands for. To be creative will be a big part of my training, great for hands, fingers and arms ...can hardly wait !!!!!!
